Rong Way

As the early days of spring come upon us the impulsive nature to garden and head to the store to buy our gardens from the shelves of places like Walmart or home depot grabs hold.   Does this really do anything to help the environment, ecosystem, and evolve your space or does it inevitably do a lot of the opposite and look so similar to your neighbors that it loses purpose?  Does it show possibilities for others or does it  simply just say look at me?  Maybe this is the wrong way to go about it then.  Maybe it is so wrong it isn't even complete and is spelled wrong.  What is missing that can make your space move beyond your little pet project and actually do more.  Through the exploration that will be documented moving forward we will follow along the transformation of a University public space, my own personal patio transformation as well as observe what else is around the environment that can become triggers of possibilities.  First things first drop the shovels and your credit cards and lets  begin exploring what is already there.  Come back soon to see what might bloom next?
